The Fine Print

Privacy policy.

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Cox Consultants LLC ("Cox Consultants," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and SMS customer-service program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use our SMS sign-up form, we collect only what you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your mobile phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • The message or inquiry you submit

We also automatically record the date and time of your submission and your IP address for security and record-keeping.

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website does not use cookies, analytics services, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technologies. We do not track visitors across other websites, and we do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track visitors in the first place.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, a third-party service. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address as part of the standard web request; Google does not set cookies through this service. Aside from font delivery, no third-party resources are loaded by our pages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your customer-service inquiry, including replying to you by text message (SMS) if you provided a mobile number and consented to texts. We do not use it to send promotional or marketing messages. Our SMS program is inbound customer service only.

SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting in to text messages is never a condition of any purchase.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate our messaging and website (for example, our SMS platform or hosting provider), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you requested, or where required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to disclose information when legally required to do so — for example, to comply with a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from law enforcement or a regulatory agency.

Third-Party & Affiliated Links

Our website links to the websites of our operating businesses — Preferred Armory, Vector Integration, and Cox One — each of which maintains its own privacy policy governing information collected on its own site. Our website may also link to other third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to external sites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Data Retention

We retain opt-in and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide customer service, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including telecommunications requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

Opt-in records are stored in a protected location that is not publicly accessible from our website. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide.

Your Choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
  • Reply HELP to any text for assistance.
  • Contact us using the details below to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know what we hold, to correct it, or to request its deletion. We honor reasonable requests from any visitor regardless of state. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
